Jiangsu Kaiteng New Materials Co., Ltd. is a modern high-tech manufacturer specializing in the research, development, and production of premium paint protection films (PPF). Founded in September 2025, the company is located in the Jintan District of Changzhou, Jiangsu Province – at the heart of Chinau2019s Yangtze River Delta industrial corridor.

Scale and Facilities

Our factory occupies 20,000 square meters of intelligent manufacturing space and employs a dedicated workforce of 200 people, including production technicians, quality control specialists, process engineers, and logistics professionals. The facility is designed with clean-room standards and equipped with advanced automated coating lines, precision slitting machines, and a fully integrated packaging system. We currently produce over 5 million square meters of high-performance PPF annually, with the flexibility to scale up as global demand grows.

Technology and R&D Leadership

Our core competitive advantage lies in our proprietary polycarbonate TPU (PCT) synthesis technology. For years, polycarbonate-based TPU was considered too difficult to commercialize due to its high melt viscosity and narrow processing window. Our R&D team overcame these obstacles through years of iterative experimentation. Today, we produce PCT films that deliver:

Our in-house laboratory is equipped with universal testing machines, QUV accelerated weathering chambers, and spectrophotometers. We conduct routine tests according to ASTM and ISO standards, ensuring every roll meets rigorous performance benchmarks.

Quality Management

Quality control is embedded in every stage of our production u2013 from raw material inspection to extrusion, coating, slitting, and final packaging. Each batch is fully traceable, and we maintain detailed records of process parameters and test results. Our products have passed the ASTM G154-16 accelerated weathering test with u0394E*ab color differences below 0.18, demonstrating exceptional resistance to yellowing. We also perform non-standard heat aging tests at 80u00b0C for 600 hours, with no observable degradation.

Global Supply Chain Capability

With an annual capacity of 5 million square meters, we serve both small-batch specialty orders and large-volume OEM contracts. Our supply chain team secures stable sources of high-grade aliphatic polycarbonate, adhesives, and release liners. We ship to more than 30 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, and the Americas. Our logistics department handles export documentation, freight forwarding, and customs clearance, ensuring a seamless experience for our global partners.
